Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms for scheduling your service.
Submitting a quote request does not book an appointment or require payment. After we review your needs, we’ll send you a written quote with the service scope and price. Your cleaning date is confirmed when you accept the quote and service agreement and, when required, pay the booking deposit.
Booking deposit and payment
One-time cleanings and the first visit in a recurring cleaning plan require a deposit of 25% of the quoted service price. This deposit is applied to your total; it is not an extra charge. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning. Later visits in an established recurring plan are generally billed after each visit without another deposit. Any different terms for a larger or specialized job will be stated in its written quote.
Canceling or rescheduling
Please contact us by email at info@cleanstandardps.com or call 404-944-0555 at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll refund your deposit in full. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may apply it to the new date.
For a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, a missed appointment, or a visit where our team cannot access the property, the booking deposit is retained. For a later recurring visit with no deposit, a late cancellation fee of 25% of that visit’s quoted price may be invoiced if it was included in the accepted recurring service agreement. We will never charge a card for a late cancellation without the required authorization.
If we need to cancel, you may choose a full deposit refund or apply it to another date. Please let us know promptly about illness, emergencies or unsafe weather so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Applicable legal cancellation rights always take precedence over this policy.
Changes to the job
Your quote is based on the property details and services agreed to in writing. If the requested scope changes, we’ll discuss any price change with you before performing additional work.
