We may use an email delivery service to alert our team to new submissions, and an invoicing provider to handle payments after a quote is approved. We may share relevant details with people helping us provide the requested cleaning or review applications. We do not sell information submitted through our forms.

Form submissions and uploaded files are stored with our website hosting provider. We keep them for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage a service or application, and maintain business records, then review whether they are still needed.
